has accompanied choirs in the Los Angeles area for the past 20 years and has toured with choirs to San Francisco, New York, Vancouver, Honolulu and Great Britain.  He also played continuo at Carnegie Hall under British composer/conductor, John Rutter and for the International Church Music Festival at Coventry Cathedral in England.  William continues to accompany the Men’s Glee Club at the California Institute of Technology, all musical concerts at Flintridge Preparatory School in La Canada and is organist at Oneonta Congregational Church in South Pasadena. Mr. Schmidt holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Organ Performance from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and furthered his studies in Los Angeles under Brooks Smith while working on a Masters of Music degree in Accompanying at the University of Southern California.
