has conducted community and church choirs in the greater Los Angeles area for the past 38 years including 17 years at Church of Our Saviour (Episcopal) in San Gabriel.  He also conducted the Burbank Choral Club and the Department of Water and Power Choraliers as well as being Executive Secretary of the Choral Conductors Guild (now The National Association of Church Musicians).  He was Conductor in Residence at MidAmerica Concert Productions in New York arranging concerts at Carnegie Hall and was Director of Concert Productions for one season. Currently he is the program Advisor for Distinguished Concerts  International producing concerts at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln  Center and is Executive Administrator for the National Association of Church Musicians.  Mr. Person received Bachelor of Music degrees in Church Music and Music Education and a Masters degree in Choral Music all from the University of Southern California.  He, along with three singers, founded the Chorale in 1999.
