Residency and
St. Paul Evensong

The Anglican Chorale just returned from being the "choir in residence" at the Wells Cathedral from July 14 - 20, 2003. Each evening we sang the Evensong Service, and on Sunday sang three services. Each service was an extremely moving experience, and the clergy at the Wells Cathedral were most appreciative of our talents and dedication to praising the glory of God in the beautiful cathedral. In London we sang an Evensong Service at St. Paul's Cathedral on July 21, and a concert at St. Patrick's Cathedral in Dublin on July 26. All were well-received, and the entire trip was very enjoyable and a lot of fun. Our contingency of "non-singers" were extremely supportive - several attended all the services each day, for which the singers were most grateful!!
